COUPLES ENRICHMENT AND THERAPY

Bill and Gerry are seasoned therapists and experts in couples counseling. They are both trained and certified in the couples treatment known as Imago Relationship Therapy, developed by Harville Hendrix. Bill is a certified Imago Couples Workshop presenter. A licensed psychologist, he has worked with individuals, families, and couples for over 40 years. He began his therapy career as a clinical social worker and went on to social service training and management, writing a grant to get a child abuse and neglect family treatment program started in 1976. Bill wanted to get into doing more therapy and less administration, so he went back to graduate school to become a psychologist and went into private practice in 1980. Gerry, a licensed counselor, is also certified in both Imago Relationship Couples Therapy and Imago Relationship Singles Therapy. Gerry brings to her work 35 years of expertise, first in teaching special education and later in addictions counseling. She works now with adult individuals with mental health, personal growth, and relationship issues. Both Gerry and Bill are in private practice in Pennington. They are proud parents of two young women, Carrie, the founder and principal of a charter high school in Tucson, Arizona, and Jean, a graphic artist in Manhattan, New York.
